This commited practice of our established  western medicine is one that raises some very intense and passionate debate from both sides of the fence. Unfortunately the natural options in regard to immunity against the "standard" communicapable diseases are not that openly discussed. Nor are the actual effectiveness vs side-effects of these vaccines. If you are like us and tend to ask alot of questions about what is actually in these vaccines, who made them and from what, and what do the long term studies show; be prepared for a wall of silence, and a very long investigation on yopur behalf.

This is key to the fundamental aim of this website. To put into one place all of our collective years of research into these sometimes very complicated topics, and share links to resources that we have found really useful in our quest to get a deeper understanding of what can be some very complicated issues.
The conversation around vaccination is highly emotive, especially as it tends to bring into play the concept of "being a good parent". More and more we are all being encouraged to accept these combined vaccines, and immunisations on the good faith and word of our local doctors, but start to scratch the surface and it is all a little murkier. It is by no way our intention to use this site to pursue a negative or critical path to push one agenda or another with this topic. It is far too important a conversation for that. In some cases what vaccines and immunisation programmes have given to our collecdtive society have enable quite significant changes to the way our lives are constructed. What we do want to do however is provide resources, articles, links and conversations that can illuminate the topic a little more. Asking complicated questions of your health care providers on this matter often leaves you more in the dark as it seems that they are acting on good faith of the companies that are manufacturing these products. The answers to hard questions are sometimes not that forthcoming and as a "healthcare consumer" one is sometimes left feeling that asking these questions is actually counterproductive to your treatment position as it puts you into the "asks alot of questions" category. However these questions must be asked. The reality of the situation is that you are contemplating injecting yourself, or your children, with a sometimes live virus from non human origins suspending in potentially lethal heavy metals attached to very toxic proteins that are unsanctioned or untested over a longterm period (ie the rest of your life). These decisions are non reversible. These decisions are massive and perhaps if we all took a little more ownership over them it may be a little easier to actually find out information. As it stands at the moment one has to be very commited to wade through pages of "medi-speak" to get to the nuts and bolts of the matter. You also need to have a bit of spare time up your sleeve as you tend to go round in circles a little unless you can stumble upon an easier path that has been travelled by the "average consumer" before.
It is getting to the point now that it is almost becoming a social requirement to participate in these massive vaccination programmes. If you decide that you do not wish to be a part of this then you can expect a whole new layer of complexity in your life. Some schools in the US are requiring mandatory participation in vaccine programmes for all students - if you are not vaccinated then you are not welcome!
